If that does not work for you however, you can download one of the two versions of the Camp Application below and either print it out and fill it out by hand or fill it out on the computer and e-mail it to us at CLWHumboldt@gmail.com. If you fill them out by hand, please drop them off at St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Arcata or mail them to:
